Sales and training of the R58 rope testing device – ROTEC in use in Granada.

In southern Spain, more precisely in Granada, our colleague Dr.-Ing. Martin Wehr recently welcomed a new customer: AGRANALTURA has chosen our ROPESYS R58 rope testing system – an investment in state-of-the-art rope inspection technology.

ROTEC accompanies new customers from the very beginning

At ROTEC, service doesn’t end with the delivery of a device. Rather, it’s the beginning of a collaborative partnership. Therefore, Dr.-Ing. Martin Wehr personally traveled to Granada to conduct theoretical and practical training on the R58 rope testing device.

The aim was to familiarise users with the handling, functions and safety-relevant aspects of the system.

The training covered all essential fundamentals of the magnetic inductive testing method as well as the professional use of the associated software.

In addition, practical applications on the rope were carried out so that the participants could gain direct experience with the ROPESYS R58.

Versatile use – from crane systems to rockfall protection

The newly delivered device will be used for various tasks at AGRANALTURA in the future – in particular for the regular inspection of hoist ropes on crane systems and for checking ropes in rockfall protection systems.

These demanding applications clearly demonstrate how flexible the compact and robust R58 system can be.

Reliable technology for flexible applications

The R58 rope testing device impresses with its compact design and ease of use. The system demonstrates its strengths particularly in changing locations—such as on different crane systems or in hard-to-reach rockfall barriers.

The training ensured that the AGRANALTURA team will be able to conduct tests independently and efficiently in the future. It is precisely this combination of sales and training on the R58 rope testing device that makes our projects so sustainable and customer-focused.

Trust in quality “made in Germany”

We’re particularly pleased that another company has chosen ROPESYS technology. For ROTEC, it’s a strong sign of trust when new customers start right away with a high-quality device and benefit from intensive training.

We would like to thank AGRANALTURA for their trust and look forward to a successful collaboration!
