Training on the R28 rope testing device at BANG Kransysteme.

On September 18, 2025, Dr.-Ing. Martin Wehr conducted a training session at BANG Kransysteme.

The goal was to train new employees in the safe use of the R28 magnetic rope testing device. With this, BANG focuses on practical knowledge that makes daily work in crane construction even more efficient and safer.

BANG Kransysteme as a full-service provider in crane construction

BANG Kransysteme is a full-service provider of high-quality crane solutions. The company is characterized by its extensive vertical integration.

This allows us to manufacture almost all components in-house. This approach ensures that the quality of the cranes is assured at every stage.

In addition, BANG manufactures exclusively in Germany, enabling short delivery times and maximum control. This results in cranes that are used successfully in industrial applications worldwide.

Why the R28 rope testing device is used

To ensure that the high standards of safety and reliability are met, BANG relies on modern testing technology.

The R28 Rope Testing Device is a crucial tool in this regard. Using magnetic induction technology, it detects wear, wire breaks, or corrosion inside the ropes early on. This allows for better planning of maintenance intervals and avoids unnecessary downtimes.

For operators, this means greater availability and a longer service life of the systems.

Practical training for new employees

The training at BANG Kransysteme not only imparted theoretical knowledge but, above all, practical application. Participants were able to experience the R28 rope testing device firsthand in action.

They learned step by step how measurements are prepared, conducted, and evaluated. This made it possible to immediately recognize the benefits of the technology and understand the results directly. Martin Wehr placed great emphasis on comprehensible examples and clear processes.

Made in Germany as a promise of quality

Both the BANG cranes and the R28 rope testing device bear the Made in Germany seal of quality.

This combination ensures that customers worldwide benefit from tested quality. Only when all components and testing equipment operate reliably can the industrial material flow be guaranteed in the long term.

Conclusion of the training

The training on the R28 rope testing device at BANG Kransysteme shows how important it is to provide regular training for specialists.

Only with in-depth knowledge and precise testing technology can the high demands of crane construction be met. Thus, both BANG Crane Systems and ROTEC make an important contribution to safety and efficiency in the industry.
