SWR: Made in Southwest
A television crew from SWR accompanied the engineers of ROTEC GmbH for a few days and observed their work.
This resulted in an exciting documentary about the diverse work of ROTEC, focusing on ropes and their safety. In addition to its role as an expert authority, where ropes and cable cars are thoroughly inspected, ROTEC develops and manufactures magnetic rope testing devices for non-destructive testing of steel ropes of all kinds.
