Rope Inspections

Non-destructive rope testing is one of our core competencies. Depending on the application, different testing methods are used, including magnetic inductive, visual and digital rope tests.

Using modern methods, we assist operators in reliably assessing the condition of the rope and evaluating damage and wear.



Cable cars

As a recognized expert body for cable cars, we possess extensive experience in the technical assessment and inspection of cable car systems.

Furthermore, we support operators and manufacturers with technical issues, planning, and customized rope-based solutions.

ROPESYS – Modern rope testing systems

The technological developments of ROTEC GmbH form the basis for the ROPESYS rope testing systems.

The portfolio includes magnetic-inductive rope testing devices in various sizes and designs, as well as the new FALCON camera system for 360° optical rope inspection. ROPESYS GmbH manufactures and distributes the systems under license.
