Welcome to the team: Nifti!
We are absolutely delighted to welcome a new face to the ROTEC family: As of March 1st, Niftalem—usually known to everyone simply as “Nifti”—has joined our production team.
A True Professional on Board
Nifti is not merely a trained mechatronics engineer with roots in electrical engineering, but a true multi-talent. With over five years of experience at industry heavyweights such as Porsche AG and DB Regio AG, he knows exactly where to pitch in.
He brings an impressive overall package to the table: in addition to solid expertise in assembly and maintenance, he is proficient in PLC controls, reads schematics, masters complex mechanical systems, and holds a crane operator’s license. With this, he literally elevates the quality of our manufacturing to a new level!
What’s particularly great for us is that Nifti also holds his instructor’s certificate—demonstrating that he is eager to pass on his knowledge to others and enjoys sharing it.

Swabian Soul & Sporty All-rounder
He also possesses excellent culinary taste: he enjoys dining out and appreciates the local cuisine. His heart (and his stomach) beat for *Zwiebelrostbraten* with *Spätzle*—a combination he loves almost as much as a perfectly grilled, proper steak with sweet potatoes.
To work off all those Spätzle, he stays active: whether on his bike, swimming, or playing club soccer. And when he needs a break from sports? Then he spends his free time tinkering with vehicles.
A Haven of Calm, Not the Limelight
In his free time, Nifti prefers to take things easy. Loud clubs and big crowds? Not for him. He prefers to find his balance in nature—taking a quiet stroll in the park—and enjoys listening to soul, gospel, or R&B to relax, or heading off on vacation to a warm beach destination.
A milestone birthday is coming up!
Nifti lives in Stuttgart-Hohenheim and found with us exactly what he was looking for: varied work where he can fully apply his years of experience.
Currently, Nifti is still a young 29—but 30 is already knocking loudly at the door. We think: That’s the perfect age to really kick things off with us!
