For him, troubleshooting doesn\u2019t end with &#8220;it\u2019s working again,&#8221; but only when he also understands why the error occurred in the first place. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1674\"><em>\u201cWhen something isn\u2019t working, I don\u2019t just want to fix the error. I also want to find out why it happened\u2014even if that means I occasionally have to argue with my computer.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1771\">It is precisely this approach that makes him a real asset to our <span style=\"color: #c51d23;\">development team.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1800\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Between Beats and Browsers<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"2058\">Before joining <span style=\"color: #c51d23;\">ROTEC<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #c51d23;\">Pete <\/span>worked as a math tutor and continues to work as a freelance DJ. Pete writes his own songs, creates remixes and mashups, plays the piano, enjoys cooking and swimming, plays American football with friends, or spends relaxing evenings gaming.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2565\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Commitment that connects<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2929\">Even during his studies, <span style=\"color: #c51d23;\">Pete <\/span>was active in various university committees and took on responsibilities within the student representative body.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2929\">In addition, he provided voluntary mathematics tutoring and assisted with the 2022 census.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2929\">For him, teamwork, clear communication, and a sense of responsibility are a natural part of the job\u2014values \u200b\u200bthat are also highly prioritized at <span style=\"color: #c51d23;\">ROTEC<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2931\" data-end=\"2951\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Arrived at ROTEC<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2953\" data-end=\"3132\">What <span style=\"color: #c51d23;\">Pete <\/span>particularly appreciates about <span style=\"color: #c51d23;\">ROTEC <\/span>is the family-like work environment, the varied tasks, and the opportunity to constantly learn new things.
