We are absolutely delighted to welcome a new face to the ROTEC family: As of March 1st, Niftalem<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u2014usually known to everyone simply as “Nifti”<\/span>\u2014has joined our production team.<\/p>\n

A True Professional on Board<\/span><\/h3>\n

Nifti <\/span>is not merely a trained mechatronics engineer with roots in electrical engineering, but a true multi-talent. <\/span>With over five years of experience at industry heavyweights such as Porsche AG<\/span> and DB Regio AG, he knows exactly where to pitch in. <\/p>\n

He brings an impressive overall package to the table: in addition to solid expertise in assembly and maintenance, he is proficient in PLC controls, reads schematics, masters complex mechanical systems, and holds a crane operator\u2019s license. <\/span>With this, he literally elevates the quality of our manufacturing to a new level!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s particularly great for us is that Nifti <\/span>also holds his instructor\u2019s certificate\u2014demonstrating that he is eager to pass on his knowledge to others and enjoys sharing it.<\/p>\n

“I enjoy the variety at ROTEC\u2014there is no monotonous work here, but rather tasks that truly challenge me.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Nifti <\/span>brings the expertise that helps us continue to maintain our delivery times at record levels.<\/p>\n

Swabian Soul & Sporty All-rounder<\/span><\/h3>\n

He also possesses excellent culinary taste: he enjoys dining out and appreciates the local cuisine. His heart (and his stomach) beat for *Zwiebelrostbraten* with *Sp\u00e4tzle*\u2014a combination he loves almost as much as a perfectly grilled, proper steak with sweet potatoes. <\/p>\n

To work off all those Sp\u00e4tzle<\/span>, he stays active: whether on his bike, swimming, or playing club soccer. And when he needs a break from sports? Then he spends his free time tinkering with vehicles. <\/p>\n

In his free time, Nifti <\/span>prefers to take things easy. Loud clubs and big crowds? Not for him. He prefers to find his balance in nature\u2014taking a quiet stroll in the park\u2014and enjoys listening to soul, gospel, or R&B to relax, or heading off on vacation to a warm beach destination. <\/p>\n

A milestone birthday is coming up!<\/span><\/h3>\n

Nifti <\/span>lives in Stuttgart-Hohenheim and found with us exactly what he was looking for: varied work where he can fully apply his years of experience.<\/p>\n

Currently, Nifti <\/span>is still a young 29\u2014but 30 is already knocking loudly at the door. We think: That\u2019s the perfect age to really kick things off with us! <\/p>\n
