During this time, he inspected nearly 200km of rope \u2013 in tropical heat, often at night, and always with breathtaking views. The S<a href=\"https:\/\/sungroup.com.vn\/en\">un Group<\/a>, our Vietnamese partner, operates cable cars at six world-famous locations \u2013 and they all have one thing in common: spectacular world records. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1037\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1037\">Start in the north \u2013 highest altitude differences<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1347\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The journey begins in northern Vietnam, at 3,143 meters high Fansipan, the &#8220;Roof of Indochina.&#8221; Three cable cars await the <strong>ROTEC team<\/strong> here \u2013 including a tricable gondola with the world&#8217;s greatest vertical drop: 1,410 meters non-stop. At 6,292 meters, it also previously held the record as the world&#8217;s longest tricable gondola. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1391\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1391\">Largest gondola, tallest tower<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1684\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Next stop: <strong data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1423\">Ha Long Bay<\/strong> \u2013 a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 1,969 limestone islands. There, <strong>ROTEC<\/strong> tested the Queen Cable Car, with the world&#8217;s largest cabin (230 passengers!) and formerly the highest tower (188.88 meters). Today, surpassed by the neighboring Cat Ba Cable Car \u2013 a new record tower: 214.8 meters. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1691\" data-end=\"1734\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1734\">60km of rope and French charm<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"2001\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">In central Vietnam, the <strong data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1786\">Bana Hills<\/strong> resort awaited, a mix of French village and amusement park at 1,487 meters. It boasts nine cable cars \u2013 one of which, at 5,801 meters, is the longest non-stop monocable car in the world. <strong>ROTEC <\/strong>tested a total of approximately 60 km of cable. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2051\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2051\">Largest station and longest cable car<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2313\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">At <strong data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2075\">Ba Den Mountain<\/strong> in South Vietnam, <strong>ROTEC <\/strong>inspected four cable cars \u2013 including the world&#8217;s largest cable car station (over 10,000 m\u00b2). Finally, the project moved on to the <strong data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2242\">Hon Thom cable car<\/strong> on Phu Quoc \u2013 at 7,899.9 m, the world&#8217;s longest non-stop tri-cable car. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2374\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong data-start=\"2324\" data-end=\"2374\">Vietnam at night \u2013 full of technology and emotion<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2376\" data-end=\"2704\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Whether it&#8217;s the highest tower or the largest gondola, <strong>ROTEC <\/strong>ensures the safety of all of the <a href=\"https:\/\/sungroup.com.vn\/en\">Sun Group&#8217;s <\/a>world-record-setting systems. The tests usually take place at night \u2013 in tropical air, under clear starry skies, and in close collaboration with local teams.
