OIPEEC Conference & 7th International Stuttgart Rope Days 2022<\/h2>\n

The OIPEEC Conference (International Rope Technology Association) will take place from September 27-30, together with the 7th International Stuttgart Rope Days, at the Old Riding Hall of the Maritim Hotel Stuttgart.<\/p>\n

Dipl.-Ing. Sven Winter (ROTEC GmbH) will participate, in collaboration with Dr.-Ing. Stefan Messer (rope specialist, head of the rope testing facility, and developer at IWM AG, Switzerland<\/a>) and Dipl.-Ing. Christian Vorwerk (senior engineer in the field of measurement systems, digital data processing, and anti-aliasing filters at the Helmut Schmidt University Hamburg<\/a>), with a technical presentation. The topic is “Multisensor Concept for Wire Rope Analysis.” <\/p>\n

The conference covers all types of ropes (fiber ropes, steel ropes, hybrid ropes) as well as all types of rope applications (e.g., cranes, cable cars, offshore, elevators, construction, mining equipment, industrial ropes, etc.). The contributions and presentations focus on design, inspection, maintenance, laboratory and on-site testing, or durability <\/p>\n

OIPEEC and IFT invite all engineers, scientists, researchers, and anyone interested in ropes to share their experiences, knowledge, and opinions with other experts from around the world at the joint OIPEEC and IFT conference.<\/p>\n
