The D-Line system, featuring 64 ten-person cabins, is designed to transport visitors between the two stations, Luisenpark and Spinelli Grounds, at an impressive height. The ride along the 2.1-kilometer route takes only about 7 minutes, thanks to a travel speed of 6.5 m\/s (23.4 km\/h), during which passengers can enjoy the view of Mannheim from approximately 50 meters above the ground.  <\/p>\n<p>ROTEC GmbH was commissioned with the design and acceptance inspection of the system.
